Returns
Thank You so much for shopping online with us! We understand that when making purchases online it can be difficult to determine if the item will work for you. Keeping that in mind we offer STORE CREDIT for product(s) that unfortunately require return or exchanges.
Our policy lasts 14 days from time of shipment arrival. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase arrival date, unfortunately we can no longer offer store credit or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with attached tags and labels.
Items that are exempt from being returned are Candels, Jewelry, Hats, Sunglasses, Shoes, & SALE items are FINAL SALE.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or packing slip.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has signs of wear or is returned more than 14 days after delivery unfortunately does not qualify for Store Credit or Exchange.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale Items are FINAL SALE
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange/replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping
To return your product, you should email info@augustblush.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
